We begin by understanding your brand, your audience, and the landscape you’re working in. That foundation shapes clear creative directions, using references to establish a look and feel for the creative work moving forward.
2 Create
You’ll see initial design concepts applied to real-world examples — so you can picture how it all comes to life.
3 Develop
Together, we hone your chosen direction over a few rounds of feedback - refining, adjusting, and polishing until it feels just right.
4 Apply
Final artwork is built, proofed, and press-ready. We handle file setup, print checks, and supply everything you need.
5 Prepare

I’m Manda — the designer behind Holiday Studio.
I created this space to slow things down just enough to think clearly, stay curious, and make design decisions that are both creative and strategic.
With over a decade of experience in award-winning design agencies across New Zealand, Australia, and beyond, I’ve worked with everyone from local startups to household names.
I’ve learned that great design isn’t just about how something looks, it’s about how it works, how it feels, and how well it connects with people.
I work closely with clients from start to finish, keeping things collaborative, clear, and hands-on. No layers, no fluff, just thoughtful work, grounded in purpose.
Why Whanganui?
Whanganui is where my design journey began. After studying at the Whanganui School of Design and years in fast-paced agencies, coming back feels like a full circle moment.
The way of life here aligns perfectly with how I like to work — space to think, a connection to nature and a strong creative community, It allows me to slow things down to think bigger and push ideas further.
While based in Whanganui, I work with clients across Aotearoa — from Auckland to Christchurch. The studio is well positioned to support businesses across the lower North Island, with projects delivered seamlessly through a mix of in-person and remote collaboration.
